MAYDAY "MAYDAY" MAYDAY

Mayday is a top 20 qualifier of the Extreme Mustang Makeover in Fort Worth, TX. He is a very powerful, big, athletic mustang. He is great for trails, has been loped around barrels and loves them. Mayday is for experienced rider only due to his power and needing a confident rider. He is like owning and riding a hyped up barrel horse when in motion and a big softy teddy bear that is quiet and does everthing on the ground when he isnt. He has the potential to be a rope horse, a trail horse, he seemed to enjoy ranch classes in an arena, masters the trail class and is just a really nice all around horse. I have used him to pony racehorses and he can handle the wild ones really easily. He is a tank. He stands great for the farrier and is barefoot 99% of the time. If he needs to go for a long time on rocky paths I will have him shod. He has a great sliding stop, will spin so fast he can spin out from under you, moves beautifully off seat and leg pressure and rides in a bridle. He does flying lead changes naturally every time. He will do straight line lead changes-but you need a lot of room because he covers ground fast. He carries and flat, sill load into the back of a pick up with a platform for a step and is super brave and willing.
