We understand that not everyone has the same ideas when it comes to training horses or helping people learn. We want the client, the horse and the trainer to all be comfortable working with one another. We start with a free phone call so you can explain to the trainer what is going on and what your goals are. If we believe we can help,  at that time,  we will plan a meet up-at your place or ours, with you and your horse. If for some reason we decide this is not the best match up (this could simply be to location, availability, or something we do not feel like we are the best trainer for) we will do the best we can to help you find someone who can help you reach your goals. We know people all over the US in the industry and will help connect you to someone we know and trust.

The Consultation: Sometimes this is best at our place and sometimes it's best at yours. In our phone call we will determine time and location to meet each other. During the appointment,  the trainer will evaluate what she initially sees with the horse and discuss a plan going forward for the client's goals.    This may mean that we book training, lessons or a combination of the two. Perhaps the trainer sees an issue that can be fixed in that one hour and no further contact is necessary. Perhaps it is a tack issue, or a vet issue. Until the trainer sees the horse in person it is difficult to say what is next. The cost is $75. A reasonable fee will apply if the trainer has to travel more than 30 minutes and will be discussed in the phone call.
